If you want to move accounts to your VPS from other servers using cPanel you can do the moves yourself in the following way. You can move the accounts by logging into WHM of the VPS with the root username and clicking on the Copy an account from another server with account password which is under the Transfers menu. You need to fill in the fields on the form and click on the Copy button. Then you should wait for the account to be moved to your VPS. Once that has been completed you must change the nameservers to the ones of your VPS and allow 24 hours for DNS propogation.

Note: When moving accounts you must make sure that the account on the remote server has enough free space to be moved (at least 2x more free space than the used space).
