How can I add funds to my domain account?

In order to add funds to your domain account you need to open a ticket with our billing department and inform us that you want to add funds to your domain reseller account. Make sure to note in the ticket how much you would like to add keeping in mind that $25 is the minimum amount you can add at a time. Then billing will generate an invoice and update your ticket to pay it. After we receive the payment, we will add the funds to your domain reseller account. Please note that the adding of the funds to your domain reseller account is a manual process at this time and may require up to 24 hours to be completed.
